Project Detail

A client required a modern contemporary building for their private residence in the Olembe neighbourhood in Yaounde.  The design was meant to maximize the views of the rolling hills around the house and provide airy spaces while making the best use of the climate of Yaounde and reduce  the use of air conditioning systems.

Offering a 360 degree view of all the neighbourhood, the following design embodied all the client needs and requirements for functionality, elegance, style at an affordable price. SETL offered architectural and structural design services, along with all the technical package of HVAC, plumbing, electrical,  painting and all the interior finish and decoration.

At present, the ongoing project is in its final stages with landscaping and electrical testing, having completed all structural work, priming, rendering and the first stages of the interior design.
