SureEstate Panorama is a real estate and land sales management platform that gives developers and estate companies one view of every plot, every customer, and every franc collected.

A public plot catalogue lets buyers browse estates, see live availability, and start the plot-selection process directly from the website — no manual back-and-forth required.

On the back end, the Portfolio map organizes holdings by estate, phase, block and plot, while the Land bank tracks parcels the company holds or is acquiring, from initial assessment through registration, including survey area, acquisition cost, and seller details.

A built-in CRM runs the sales pipeline end to end: leads, site visits, proposals and campaigns, through reservations with automatic hold-expiry tracking, to completed sales. Finance tools cover invoicing, payment recording (including mobile money), and overdue tracking, all rolling up into real-time dashboards of plots available, reserved and sold, and revenue collected.

Beyond plot sales, Panorama also manages co-ownership structures and rental properties, with occupancy tracking for let units. A gate log module supports site access control for estate security. A central contacts directory keeps vendors, leads, buyers and diaspora clients organized with roles, KYC status, and language preference.
