The Catalogue manages tens of thousands of items with pricing, categories, and promotions, and the Stock module tracks inventory across branches with reorder thresholds, batch and expiry tracking (including pharmacy-specific prescription controls), goods receipt, transfers, and physical stock counts. Procurement, Collections, and Kitchen modules round out the operational side for retailers, grocers, and pharmacies alike.

On the finance side, Kanari runs a full SYSCOHADA-compliant accounting system — trial balance, balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, journal entries, and payroll — reconciled automatically against the general ledger, alongside customer accounts receivable and supplier payables.
